Ingredients
  Lean ground meat 4 Pound
  Eggs 2 , beaten slightly
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Beef bouillon cube 1 , crushed
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Fresh mint leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), dried and crushed (Large handful)
  Chili sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bourbon 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 Lightly rease a baking dish with a cover.

MAKING
3 In a bowl, combine meat, eggs, curry, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, onion, bouillon, garlic, mint, and 1/4 cup of the chili sauce.
4 Form two thick, oval-shaped loaves from the meat mixture.
5 In the prepared baking dish, pour the water.
6 Gently place the loaf into the dish.
7 Create a deep indentation down the center of each of the loaves, using a tablespoon.
8 In a bowl, mix the bourbon and 1/4 cup of the chili sauce.
9 Fill the indentations with the mixture, pouring any remaining mixture over the loaves.
10 Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
11 Remove the cover, and spread each loaf with 1/4 cup of the remaining chili sauce.
12 Bake uncovered until brown.
13 Remove from the pan.

SERVING
14 Serve garnished with mint leaves.
