Miniature Glazed Ham Loaves
|Ground cooked ham||3⁄4 Pound|
|Ground pork||3⁄4 Pound|
|Rolled oats||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Uncooked)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Apricot nectar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine bam, pork, rolled oats, eggs and milk.
Shape into 8 small round loaves.
Bake in a slow oven (325°F.) 1 hour.
Pour excess fat from pan.
Blend together brown sugar, flour, mustard and cloves in a small saucepan.
Add apricot nectar, vinegar and lemon juice.
Stir and cook over low heat until thickened.
Pour over ham loaves and continue baking 20 minutes.
