Glazed Meatloaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef chuck 1 1⁄2 Pound
  100% bran cereal 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Nabisco Brand)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Beef bouillon cube 1 , crumbled and dissolved in 1/4 cup water
  Eggs 2
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For glaze
  Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the glaze, stirring to blend well. Keep aside.
3. Line a 9-inch x 13-inch loaf pan with aluminum foil.

MAKING
4. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cereal, and remaining ingredients for the loaf.
5. Form into a loaf and place in loaf pan.
6. Bake for 1 hour.
7. Drain the fat from the pan.
8. Pour reserved ketchup mixture over loaf.
9. Bake 10 minutes more.

SERVING
10. Slice and serve the saucy Glazed Meatloaf with mashed potatoes on the side.
