Pineapple Glazed Ham Loaf
|Ground ham||1 Pound|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1 Combine all ham loaf ingredients in medium mixing bowl; mix well. Pat into (9 x 5) glass loaf dish.
2 Microwave for 30 to 35 minutes on 7 (MED. HIGH). Pour Pineapple Glaze over ham loaf and continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes on 7 (MED. HIGH), or until meat is done (about 160°F). Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
