Florentine Meat Loaf
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Grams)|
|Fine breadcrumbs||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Fresh mushrooms||125 Milliliter, thinly sliced (1/2 Cup)|
|Rolled oats||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Fresh tomatoes||125 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup, Unpeeled)|
|Brown sugar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Cream/Milk||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)|
1.In a pan, put ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, mushrooms, oats, onions, tomatoes, brown sugar, milk or cream, lemon, basil, salt and pepper and stir well.
2.Transfer the mixture to a glass loaf pan and add a sprinkling of paprika.
3.Let the ingredients cook for 20 minutes at MEDIUM HIGH.
4.Allow the dish to stay at room temperature for 10 minutes.
