Florentine Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Grams)
  Egg 1
  Fine breadcrumbs 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Fresh mushrooms 125 Milliliter, thinly sliced (1/2 Cup)
  Rolled oats 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Fresh tomatoes 125 Milliliter, diced (1/2 Cup, Unpeeled)
  Brown sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Cream/Milk 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a pan, put ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, mushrooms, oats, onions, tomatoes, brown sugar, milk or cream, lemon, basil, salt and pepper and stir well.
2.Transfer the mixture to a glass loaf pan and add a sprinkling of paprika.
3.Let the ingredients cook for 20 minutes at MEDIUM HIGH.
4.Allow the dish to stay at room temperature for 10 minutes.

SERVING
5.Serve warm.
