Pink Veal Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground veal 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Stale bread 125 Milliliter, crushed (1/2 Cup)
  Chili sauce 80 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Onion 125 Milliliter, chopped fine (1/2 Cup)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped fine
  Thyme/Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg/Mace 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a bowl, put veal, egg, stale bread, chicli sauce, onion, garlic, thyme, lemon, salt and pepper.
2.Mix the ingredients well and once done, take a 8 x 4 inch mold, put the mixture in it.
3.Top with the sprinkling of mutmeg or mace and secure using a waxed paper.
4.Cook for 20-22 minutes at MEDIUM HIGH.
5.Once done, allow the dish to settle for 10 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve warm or cold.
