Grilled Meat Loaf And Potatoes

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Steak sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Finely chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Potatoes 24 Ounce, parboiled and sliced into 1/4-inch-thick rounds (Red Skin Variety)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In large bowl, combine ground beef, 1/4 cup steak sauce, bread crumbs, egg, pepper and onion.
Divide mixture and shape into 4 (4-inch) oval loaves.
In small bowl, combine remaining steak sauce and margarine; set aside.
Over medium heat, grill meat loaves for 20 to 25 minutes and potato slices for 10 to 12 minutes, turning and brushing both occasionally with steak sauce mixture.
Sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese; serve immediately.
