Beef And Pork Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground veal 3⁄4 Pound
  Ground pork 3⁄4 Pound
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Fresh bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked in white wine
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , peeled
  Bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Have meat ground twice through meat chopper.
Mix meats with mushrooms, bread crumbs that have been soaked in white wine, beaten egg, salt, pepper, garlic, a good pinch of nutmeg and 4 tablespoons sour cream.
When well mixed, form into loaf, molded around the hard-boiled eggs.
Put remaining sour cream over meat loaf so that top and sides are well covered.
Bake in preheated 4000 oven 3/4 hour, basting frequently.
Remove meat loaf.
Then add 1 cup boiling bouillon to bottom of dish and scrape whatever may be adhering to bottom and sides to use as a sauce.
