Turkey Loaf With Liverwurst Coating

Ingredients
  Frozen turkey roast 2 Pound (1 Whole)
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, minced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Liverwurst 1⁄4 Pound
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Black olives 1 Tablespoon
  Cherry tomatoes 2 Tablespoon
  Watercress 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare turkey roast according to package directions.
Chill in foil pan.
Saute mushrooms in butter until browned; cool.
Combine liverwurst and cream cheese and beat in electric mixer until well blended.
Add mushrooms, and garlic salt to taste and mix well.
Slice chilled turkey loaf in 1/4-inch slices.
Put slices together in shape of loaf on serving platter.
Spread with mixture to cover completely.
Put mayonnaise in pastry tube and flute to decorate top and sides.
Garnish edge of loaf with groups of olives, halved cherry tomatoes and sprigs of cress.
Makes 16 servings as appetizer or 8 as a main dish.
