Easy Meat Loaf
|Ground meat||2 Pound|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix meat, well-beaten egg, onion, crumbs, and seasoning.
Mold into a firm loaf.
Place Dutch Oven over medium-high heat.
Then add fat and brown loaf well on all sides.
Cover and reduce heat to medium-low and cook about 1 hour.
