Bell Pepper Turkey Loaf
|Ground turkey||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red bell peppers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Plain dried bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Plus 2 Teaspoons)|
|Thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1 Preheat the oven to 350Â°Fahrenheit.
2 In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients throughly.
3 In a nonstick, baking sheet transfer the ingredients and shape into a loaf.
4 Bake for about 30 minutes, until crisp. (do not overbake or turkey will dry out).
5 Serve hot
