Ingredients
  Ground beef 12 Ounce
  Tomato 1 Medium, blanched, peeled and diced
  Plain bread crumbs 16 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1/3 Cup Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Minced green bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Dried basil leaves/Dried basil leaves - 1 teaspoon 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Imitation bacon bits 2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

MAKING
2 In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
3 Shape the mixture into a loaf.
4 On a rack in the baking pan, place the loaf and bake for about 20 minutes or until done to taste.

SERVING
5 Slice and serve.
