Bettys Meatloaf

Ingredients
  Beef 2 Pound
  Beef 2 Pound, ground
  Green peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cracker 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Brown gravy mix 7⁄8 Ounce (Envelope)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl mix all ingredients except potatoes.
2) Make into the shape of loaf.
3) In slow cooker, arrange the loaf.
4) Arrange potatoes alongside meatloaf.
5) Cook covered on low for 8-10 hours, or High 4-5 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
