Cheese Meat Loaf
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Medium, chopped|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1 Soak bread in milk.
2 In a large mixing bowl, combine bread, milk, onion, eggs, beef, cheese, and salt.
3 Shape into loaf and place in a glass loaf dish.
4 Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
5 Pour tomato sauce over the top and heat for 1 minute.
6 Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
7 Slice and serve.
