Meat Loaf For Diet Watchers

Ingredients
  Lean ground round steak 2 Pound
  Salt/Garlic salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Unsweetened high protein cereal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and form meat into a loaf
2. Place in a shallow baking pan and bake in an oven preheated at 350°F for an hour; baste every now and then with the juices

SERVING
3. Serve as required
