Ingredients
  Minced stewing beef 1 1⁄2 Pound (700 Gram)
  Minced pork 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed (225 Gram)
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce, chopped
  Plain flour 1 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 4 Ounce (Oatmeal Or Wholemeal, 125 Gram)
  Oatmeal breadcrumbs/Wholemeal breadcrumbs 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 Large, beaten (25 Gram)
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Pre-heat the oven to 375°F/190°C/Gas 5.

MAKING
2) Take a 2 lb base lined, loaf tin. Greased it with butter.
3) Heat a pan and melt butter and oil. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
4) Put in chopped mushrooms and sauté until soft.
5) Take a large dish, put in the meats, add the mushroom mixture and the remaining ingredients. Toss and mix well.
6) Take the well greased loaf tin, and transfer everything into it.
7) Bake in for 45 minutes. Lower to 350°F/180°C/Gas 4 and bake for a further 30-35 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
