Italian Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Italian-seasoned bread crumbs/Plain crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Swiss cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Dry onion soup mix 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together all ingredients.
2) In a loaf-shaped baking dish, put the mixture or place it in a 2-quart casserole by figuring into a loaf by hand.
3) Cook for 12 to 14 minutes on Medium for a 1-pound meat loaf and for 20 to 22 minutes for a 2-pound meat loaf.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
