Italian Meat Loaf
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Italian-seasoned bread crumbs/Plain crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Dry onion soup mix||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1) Mix together all ingredients.
2) In a loaf-shaped baking dish, put the mixture or place it in a 2-quart casserole by figuring into a loaf by hand.
3) Cook for 12 to 14 minutes on Medium for a 1-pound meat loaf and for 20 to 22 minutes for a 2-pound meat loaf.
4) Serve hot.
