|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ketchup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.Take a bowl, put ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, salt and pepper in it.
2.Mix the ingredients gently and keep aside.
3.Take a 2 quart glass loaf dish, put the bowl mixture in it.
4.Put a waxed paper sheet on the top.
5.Heat the loaf dish for 5 minutes at Medium High in the Microwave
6.Put the ketchup on the top and give the dish one half turn and heat further for 15 minutes at High.
7.Once done, take the dish out and allow it to settle for 5 minutes after covering it with aluminum foil.
8.Serve the meat loaf warm.
