Cheddar Cheese Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Crushed cheese crackers 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Minced green bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add the cracker crumbs, onion, bell pepper, chili sauce, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, ground beef and cheese; mix well and shape into a 6-7" round loaf.
2) Keep the loaf on a 24x9" cheesecloth, place a rack in a slow cooker, put the loaf gently on the rack and gently fold the cheesecloth over the loaf.
3) Cook covered on LOW for about 5 hrs or until done; remove the loaf gently from the cooker lifting the cheesecloth.

SERVING
4) Slice the meat loaf into 6-7 wedges and serve immediately on a nice dish.
