Homestead Ham Loaf

Ingredients
  Cooked ham 3 Cup (48 tbs), ground
  Pork sausage 8 Ounce
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix the ham, sausage, green onions, oats, celery, parsley, egg and milk; shape into a 6" round loaf or an 9x5" oval; cook covered in a slow cooker on LOW for about 6-7 hrs.
2) In a small bowl, mix the mustard and horseradish; spread evenly over the ham loaf.

SERVING
3) Slice the loaf and serve immediately.
