Ingredients
  Ground ham 2 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , minced
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste (If Needed)
  Chopped fresh oregano/1/4 teaspoon crushed dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients, pack in a loaf pan, and bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 1 hour.
Serve with a thin white sauce or mushroom sauce, if desired.
