Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Onion 50 Milliliter, chopped (1/4 Cup)
  Breadcrumbs 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Ketchup/Barbeque sauce 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine all the ingredients together.
2) Divide the mixture into 4 portions, shape each portion into an oval loaf about 3/4-inch thick and place over the rack.
3) Broil the loaves as per the directions until well cooked.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
