Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄4 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground sage 1 Dash
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Barbecue sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce.
Spread in 10-oz casserole [two 10-oz casseroles].
Spread barbecue sauce over top[s].
Microwave uncovered on high (550 watts) until almost done, 2 to 3 min [3 1/2 to 5 min].
Let stand uncovered 3 min.
