Low Cal Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Carrot 1 Large, grated
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Large, slightly beaten
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Mix lightly and press into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour in a 350-degree oven. (180 calories per serving.)
