Good Meat Loaf Made with Turkey

Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce
  Chopped garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Toasted)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 Large, beaten
  Cooking spray 1
Directions

Combine turkey with 1 cup of tomato sauce and rest of the ingredients.
Shape into loaf.
Put in a loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Brush top with remaining tomato sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Let stand in pan for 10 minutes before removing and serving.
