Bill's Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Lean ground chuck/Ground beef 2 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Saltine crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl until completely mixed.
Add crackers until proper consistency.
Put in loaf dish then spread catsup on top if desired and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
Remove from oven and serve when ready.
