Stuffed Meat Loaf
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce, divided (2 Cans)|
|Seasoned dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Scallions)|
|Finely chopped celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Thin boiled ham slices||2|
|Chopped stuffed green olives||2 Tablespoon|
In medium bowl, combine meat, 1 can of tomato sauce, egg, bread crumbs, green onion, celery, salt and pepper; mix well.
In 2-quart oblong baking dish, shape one-half of meat mixture into an 8"x5" rectangle.
Top with cheese, ham and olives.
Spread rest of meat mixture over cheese, ham and olives.
Pour remaining can tomato sauce over meat.
TO HEAT BY AUTO SENSOR: Cover completely with 2 pieces of plastic wrap.
Heat on COOK A3.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
