|Onion||1 , skinned and finely chopped|
|Mixed herbs||5 Milliliter (1 Level Teaspoon)|
|Tomato ketchup||15 Milliliter (1 Level Teaspoon)|
|Hp sauce||15 Milliliter (1 Level Teaspoon)|
|White breadcrumbs||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
In a mixing bowl, stir the minced beef and sausagemeat together until well blended.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Shape the mixture into a thick roll that will fit into the pressure cooker.
Wrap it in foil, pleating it to allow for expansion.
Seal each end tightly.
Put the trivet in the pressure cooker, place the foil-wrapped loaf on top and add 600 ml (1 pint) hot water.
Put the lid on the cooker, bring up to high (15 lb) pressure, then cook for 25 minutes.
Reduce pressure quickly.
