|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Crushed cracker crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix meatloaf ingredients thoroughly.
Set aside while preparing filling.
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add thyme, cumin, sour cream and bread crumbs.
Spread 1/3 of meat mixture in bottom of bundt pan, top with 1/2 of filling, 1/3 of meat mixture, rest of filling ending with the last of meat mixture.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH, reduce setting to '6' for 10 to 15 MINUTES, or until internal temperature reaches 140°.
Rotate once or twice during cooking time.
