Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion/2 teaspoons instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Form meat mixture in loaf shape on broiler rack in broiler pan.
Top with catsup.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
