Cheese Sauced Meat Loaf
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Bread slice||2 , torn in pieces|
|Ground sage||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Sharp process american cheese||4 Ounce, cut in cubes for 1 cup|
|Canned sliced pimiento||1⁄2|
Place 3/4 cup milk, eggs, bread, onion, salt, sage, and pepper in blender container.
Blend till combined; add to ground beef in large mixing bowl.
Pat meat into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/2hours.
Prepare cheese sauce by placing remaining ingredients in blender container.
Blend till ingredients are combined and cheese is finely chopped.
Transfer to saucepan.
Cook and stir over low heat until sauce is thick and smooth.
Place meat loaf on a serving platter.
Spoon cheese sauce over top.
