|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|

|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
In 2-quart oblong baking dish, shape beef mixture into loaf (about 8" x 4").
TO HEAT BY TIME Cover with wax paper.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-HIGH for 22 to 25 minutes.
If necessary, halfway through heating, shield ends of loaf with aluminum foil.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Cover completely with plastic wrap; heat on COOK 2.
If necessary, shield ends of loaf with aluminum foil, when time appears in display window.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
Let STAND, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
