Ham Loaves

Ingredients
  Beaten eggs 2
  Saltine cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
  Ground fully cooked ham 1 Pound
  Ground pork 1 Pound (Use Fresh)
  Canned pineapple slices 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Maraschino cherries 2 , halved
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine eggs, cracker crumbs, milk, and pepper.
Add meats; mix well.
In 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pan arrange 2 slices pineapple and 2 cherry halves in bottom.
Firmly press half the meat mixture into pan.
Loosen sides with spatula.
Unmold into 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
Repeat with remaining pineapple, cherries, and meat mixture, unmolding second loaf into same pan.
Cover and preheat electric skillet to 375°.
Place pan of meat loaves on low rack in skillet.
Cover; bake with vent closed for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Drain off fat.
Combine brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar; spoon over meat.
Cover; bake 10 minutes more.
