Easy Savory Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Lean ground pork 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Soft breadcrumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  White wine/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Endive cheese and tomato salad 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Serving)
  Blender mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Serving)
  Chilled ratatouille 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Serving)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Soak breadcrumbs in a bowl with wine or water until all liquid is absorbed.
Combine all other ingredients on a large dish, add moist crumbs and mix well, using hands.
Turn mixture into a greased loaf pan and pack down, cover and chill for 1 hour.
Cook in a pre-heated moderate oven for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and cool, then turn out loaf, wrap and refrigerate.
Place meat loaf and slice.
