Everyday Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fine bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (dry)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, snipped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sage 3⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, ground
Directions

In bowl combine beaten eggs, milk, fine dry bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper; mix well.
Add ground beef; combine thoroughly.
In a 9-inch glass pie plate shape meat mixture into a ring about 1 inch high around a small juice glass having a 2-inch diameter.
Micro-cook, covered, till meat is done, about 12 to 13 minutes, giving dish a quarter turn every 3 minutes.
Remove the juice glass.
Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before removing to serving plate.
If desired, garnish with tomato wedges and parsley; or, serve meat loaf with warmed catsup; or, sprinkle with shredded American cheese before letting meat stand for the 5 minutes.
