Ingredients
  Beef 1
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beaten egg 1
  Canned stewed tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Non fat dry milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finley chopped onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Soy grits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground beef 1 Pound
Directions

Dissolve bouillon cube in water.
Combine with next 6 ingredients and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
Add beef; mix well.
Turn into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
