Somerville Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Chuck beef 1 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), peeled
  Fine soft bread crumbs 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Bottled horseradish 4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Catsup 3
  Bottled milk/1/4 cup evaporated milk and 1/4 cup water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix all the ingredients, and turn into a greased or oiled 8 1/2"x-4 1/2"x2 1/2" loaf pan.
Bake in a moderately hot oven of 400º F for 1 hr.
Far individual meat loaves.
Then form into 6 individual loaves, arrange in a baking pan, and bake at 400°F for 30 min.
1/4 lb sausage meat may replace an equal amount of the ground beef.
