|Ground chuck beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix together beef, onion, crumbs, egg, ketchup, milk and seasonings.
Mold into a rounded, flat loaf in 9-in pie plate.
Spread ketchup evenly over top of loaf.
Attach cable end at receptacle.
Microwave at High (10).
Set Temp, Set 170°.
When oven signals, remove meatloaf and let stand about 10 minutes to firm before serving.
Serve in wedges.
