Ingredients
  Dried apricots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Dried prunes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Ground round steak 1 Pound
  Ground veal 1⁄4 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground ham 1⁄4 Pound
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 , finely chopped
  Vegetable soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Maple syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Arrange the apricots and prunes in a checkerboard pattern in a greased loaf pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pack in the loaf pan on top of fruits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
