|Dried apricots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Dried prunes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Ground round steak||1 Pound|
|Ground veal||1⁄4 Pound|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Ground ham||1⁄4 Pound|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Vegetable soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Maple syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Arrange the apricots and prunes in a checkerboard pattern in a greased loaf pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pack in the loaf pan on top of fruits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
