Homemade Mini Turkey Meatloaf
|Ground turkey||1 Pound (0.5 Light Meat And 0.5 Dark)|
|Onion/2 small onions||1 Large, chopped|
|Minced cremini mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried thyme||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped (For Garnish)|
Preheat oven to 375.
1. Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce in a large bowl.
2. Free form 4 mini meatloaves and place on a baking sheet. Top each one with 2 tbsp of tomato sauce.
3. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and plate it.
5. Garnish it with chopped parsley and serve it with sauteed vegetables.
