Fresh Potato Frosted Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fresh)
  Egg 1 , slightly beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Freshly mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine the beef, 1/2 cup soup, crumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Shape firmly into a loaf and place in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Frost loaf with the mashed potatoes and bake for 15 minutes longer.
Blend the remaining soup and water and heat thoroughly.
Serve with the meat loaf.
