Tomato Sauce Meat Loaf For Twenty Five

  Tomatoes 28 Ounce, mashed (1 Can)
  Soft bread crumbs 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Ground beef 4 Pound
  Ground pork 2 Pound
  French salad dressing mix 3 Ounce (3 Envelopes)
  Eggs 4
  Chopped celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Bacon slices 8 , cut in half
  Tomato soup 4 Can (40 oz)
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Combine the tomatoes and bread crumbs and set aside.
Combine the beef, pork, salad dressing mix, eggs, celery, onion and parsley and mix well, then stir in the tomato mixture.
Shape into 2 loaves and place in a shallow baking pan.
Place bacon strips crosswise over tops of loaves.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat thoroughly, stirring frequently.
Pour over meat loaves when ready to serve.
