Ham Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground ham 3⁄4 Pound
  Ground fresh pork 3⁄4 Pound
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato soup 5 Ounce (1 Can, Undiluted, 1/2 Of 10 3/4 Ounce)
  Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Epicurean sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients except Sauce.
Blend well.
Pack in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM 20 to 24 minutes.
Remove loaf from microwave.
Insert a standard meat thermometer into center of loaf.
Temperature should be 180°.
Remove thermometer and return to microwave for more cooking, if necessary.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving with Epicurean Sauce.
