Summertime Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Plain gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned shredded pressed meat 12 Ounce (1 can)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pickle relish 3 Tablespoon, drained
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Soften gelatine in cold water.
Heat over hot water until dissolved.
Stir in remaining ingredients and scrape into oiled loaf pan.
Chill until set.
Unmold and garnish with thin slices of dill pickle.
