Summertime Meat Loaf
|Plain gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned shredded pressed meat||12 Ounce (1 can)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pickle relish||3 Tablespoon, drained|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Soften gelatine in cold water.
Heat over hot water until dissolved.
Stir in remaining ingredients and scrape into oiled loaf pan.
Chill until set.
Unmold and garnish with thin slices of dill pickle.
