Macho Meat Loaf
|Ground chuck||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 envelope)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cracker meal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 can)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
Combine ground beef, soup mix, egg, cracker meal, salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Press into a microwave baking ring or place meat in a flat casserole and form into a doughnut shape.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 12 to 13 minutes.
Remove any excess drippings.
Pour tomato sauce over the meat and top with mushroom slices.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 3 to 5 minutes.
