Glazed Orange Ham Loaf

Ingredients
  Raw ham 1 Pound, ground
  Ground sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
  Orange juice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Orange slice 6
  Whole cloves 6
Directions

Combine ham, veal, sausage meat, eggs, 1 cup of the orange juice, salt, pepper, crumbs.
Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
For glaze, mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; add remaining 1 1/2 cups orange juice; cook, stirring constantly, until clear and slightly thickened.
Baste loaf frequently during baking with 2/3 cup of this sauce.
For last 30 minutes of baking, top loaf with clove-studded orange slices.
Keep remaining orange sauce warm and serve in a small bowl.
Garnish loaf on warm platter with parsley.
