Fruity Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
  Egg white/Null 1 , beaten (Null)
  Soft bread crumbs/Null 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)
  Finely chopped onion/Null 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Null)
  Finely chopped green pepper/Null 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Null)
  Skim milk/Null 2 Tablespoon (Null)
  Dried sage/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed (Null)
  Lean ground turkey/Null 1 Pound (Raw One)
  Apricot all fruit spread/Null 2 Tablespoon (All Fruit Variety)
  Catsup/Null 2 Tablespoon (Null)
  Prepared mustard/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)
Directions

In a mixing bowl combine egg white, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, skim milk, sage, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add turkey; mix well.
In a shallow baking pan pat turkey mixture into a 6x4-inch loaf.
Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, for sauce, stir together apricot all-fruit spread, catsup, and mustard.
Mix well.
Drizzle over turkey loaf.
Bake for 5 to 10 minute more or till meat is no longer pink.
