Flavored Ham Loaf

  Ham 3⁄4 Pound, ground
  Ground veal 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon

Mix ham, veal and pork in medium bowl.
Mix eggs, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, onion, 1 tea spoon mustard and pepper.
Stir into meat mixture.
Press into loaf dish, 9 x 5 inches.
Mix brown sugar, 2 tablespoons pineapple juice and 2 teaspoons mustard.
Spread over ham loaf.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until internal temperature reaches 165°F., 15 to 25 minutes.
Let stand covered with aluminum foil 5 to 10 minutes.
