Basic Meatloaf

Ingredients
  Beef bouillon cubes 1
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Soft bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Lean beef 1 Pound, ground
  Chili sauce 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/4 cup boiling water.
Mix bouillon with egg, crumbs, onion, sage, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Add beef; mix well.
Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Spread chili sauce over loaf.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
