Meaty Meat Loaf
|Beef||1 Pound, ground|
|Evaporated milk||5 Ounce (2/3 cup)|
|Onion soup mix||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In 1 or 1 1/2 -quart (8 x 4) loaf dish, combine ground beef, milk, soup mix, and salt; mix well.
Press evenly in pan.
Combine brown sugar, mustard and catsup; spoon and spread over top of meat.
Cook covered with wax paper, 7 minutes or until done.
Let it stand for 5 minutes before removing to serving platter and slicing.
